At TMC Fine Jewellers, we want you to cherish your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our client services team or log into your account portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely place your jewellery in its original presentation box and include all diamond certificates, appraisals, and the original sales receipt.
Ship with Insurance
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be fully insured during transit.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received, our gemologists will inspect the item's condition. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
